SPOOLOGIC Stock Plus Performance Turbocharger

The SPOOLOGIC SL-100-024 is a brand-new, direct-fit drop-in Stock Plus GT3782VA performance turbocharger for 2004–2007 Ford F-250 F-350 F-450 F-550 Super Duty trucks, 2004–2005 Ford Excursion models, and 2004–2010 Ford E-Series vans equipped with the 6.0L Powerstroke. Designed as a responsive performance step above a stock replacement, it combines the SPOOLOGIC SL-220-012 59/82/87.5 mm 7+7 billet compressor wheel with a 2003-specification 72.5/66.4 mm 10-blade turbine shaft, nine 15 mm VGT vanes, completely new variable-geometry components, and upgraded SPOOLOGIC internals. This configuration brings the airflow and distinctive turbine characteristics of the 2003-style performance combination to the later direct-fit mounting architecture.

Power Support

The SL-100-024 has produced approximately 20–30 additional rear-wheel horsepower and 10–15 lb-ft of torque compared with a healthy factory turbo. Actual results can vary with engine condition, fuel delivery, charge-air efficiency, exhaust flow, vehicle configuration, and calibration, but the listed range reflects the improvement available from the complete Stock Plus airflow combination rather than from the compressor wheel alone.

Every SPOOLOGIC turbocharger carries a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original purchase date. Coverage applies to the original purchaser with dated proof of purchase. Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before shipping the turbocharger for inspection. If inspection confirms a covered defect, SPOOLOGIC will repair or replace the turbocharger at its discretion. Damage from foreign-object debris, oil starvation, contaminated or restricted oil flow, extended oil-change intervals, over-boosting, over-fueling, improper installation or tuning, operation beyond the intended range, or use outside the listed application is excluded, along with cosmetic wear, coating discoloration, and normal heat-cycling marks. Customers are responsible for shipping both to SPOOLOGIC and back, whether the claim is approved or denied.
