SPOOLOGIC Turbo Oil Feed & Drain Line Kit

The SPOOLOGIC SL-350-001 Turbo Oil Feed & Drain Line Kit combines replacement turbo oil supply and return lines with the gasket, O-rings, and mounting hardware needed for service on the 6.0L Powerstroke. The feed line supplies pressurized engine oil to the turbocharger, while the drain line returns oil from the bearing housing to the engine. Formed to match the factory routing and connections, this kit provides a convenient way to replace both lines during turbocharger removal, reinstallation, or replacement.

⚠ Early 2003 Oil Feed Line Fitment

Some early-production 2003 6.0L Powerstroke engines require an updated oil filter base/adapter to install the supplied turbo oil feed line. Verify the existing feed-line connection and oil filter base before ordering. The required base/adapter is not included.

Installation Notes

Clean the oil-line connections and sealing surfaces before installation. Fit the supplied gasket and O-rings using the applicable Ford service procedures, and follow the specified bolt-tightening and turbocharger lubrication procedures. Check for oil leaks after installation. Correct any oil-supply restriction or contamination that contributed to the original turbocharger failure before operating the replacement turbo.

Every SPOOLOGIC turbo oil line is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. Warranty covers replacement of the part only. Warranty does not cover labor, towing, downtime, consequential damages, failures caused by improper installation, failures caused by dirty or damaged mating surfaces, reuse of any included gasket, O-ring, or crush washer, or use outside the listed fitment.
