SPOOLOGIC Turbo Gasket Kit SL-310-011

The SPOOLOGIC SL-310-011 Turbo Gasket and Installation Kit supplies the seals and mounting hardware used when reinstalling the turbocharger on Ford 6.0L Powerstroke applications. The kit includes the oil-feed gasket, three oil-line O-rings, turbo mounting bolts and spacers, and the additional clip and bolts listed below.

Sealing and Service

Turbo removal opens the oil-feed and drain connections and requires removal of the mounting hardware. Fresh seals help restore these connections during reassembly. The three spacers install with the turbo-to-pedestal mounting bolts; retain the correct factory arrangement and check the pedestal and oil lines before installation.

Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before sending the product for inspection. Approved defective gaskets will be replaced at SPOOLOGIC’s discretion. The customer is responsible for all warranty shipping charges. Damage from improper installation, incorrect application, contamination, or normal wear is not covered.
