SPOOLOGIC Up-Pipe to Turbo V-Band Clamp

The SPOOLOGIC Pro-Series V-Band Clamp SL-330-005 secures the turbocharger up-pipe connection on the listed Ford 7.3L and 6.0L Powerstroke applications. It combines a mandrel-formed 304 stainless steel band, floating V-segments, a heavy-gauge stainless T-bolt, a flanged stainless lock nut, and a Pro-Series stainless quick-release latch.

Turbo Up-Pipe Connection

The V-band clamp holds the mating exhaust flanges together at the turbocharger inlet. Inspect the clamp, latch, fastener, and mating flanges when servicing an exhaust leak or removing the turbocharger. Soot or exhaust noise at the joint can also result from damaged or misaligned flanges; inspect the complete connection before replacing parts.
