7+7 Cast Compressor Wheel — SPOOLOGIC SL-220-010

The SL-100-021 uses the SPOOLOGIC SL-220-010 7+7 cast aluminum compressor wheel with factory-style GT3782VA geometry for the 2004–2005 6.0L Powerstroke application. Seven full-length main blades and seven splitter blades are matched to the factory-style turbine and VGT configuration to maintain stock airflow and operating characteristics.

VGT Turbine Assembly

The GT3782VA uses a variable-geometry turbine system that changes turbine nozzle area through a movable vane assembly. The VGT control solenoid regulates engine-oil pressure to position the vane mechanism, helping provide responsive low-RPM operation while allowing additional turbine flow as engine speed and exhaust volume increase. The SL-100-021 includes a brand-new VGT control solenoid, unison ring, and vane assembly rather than reusing those components from a remanufactured core.

Every SPOOLOGIC turbocharger is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. Warranty coverage requires that the unit first be shipped back to SPOOLOGIC for inspection. If SPOOLOGIC determines the failure was caused by a defect in materials or workmanship, the turbocharger will be repaired or replaced at SPOOLOGIC’s discretion. Warranty does not cover damage from foreign object debris, oil starvation, contaminated oil, extended oil change intervals, over-boosting, over-fueling, improper installation, use outside the listed fitment, cosmetic wear, coating discoloration, or normal heat cycling marks. Warranty does not cover labor, shipping, towing, downtime, or any other costs outside the turbocharger itself.
