SPOOLOGIC Non-Wastegated Performance Turbocharger

The SPOOLOGIC SL-100-010 is a brand-new, direct-fit non-wastegated performance turbocharger for Late 1999–2003 Ford F-250 F-350 F-450 F-550 Super Duty trucks and 2000–2003 Ford Excursion models equipped with the 7.3L Powerstroke. This Econoline-style turbocharger is adapted for the listed Super Duty and Excursion applications and combines a responsive 60/80/84 mm 5+5 billet compressor wheel matching Stock Plus specifications with a large 1.15 A/R non-wastegated turbine housing and the supplied turbine-outlet adaptation. It is designed for modified combinations that benefit from increased turbine-side flow capacity and reduced exhaust restriction at higher engine loads.

Tuning and Supporting Modifications

⚠️ Boost Fooler Required: Install the SPOOLOGIC Boost Fooler / OCR Regulator — SL-610-002 to address the factory boost-monitoring limit. A boost fooler does not replace the tuning guidance above.

Supporting Modifications: Upgrade components as needed to support your intended power level.

• Larger injectors and fuel-system upgrades may be needed to support higher power levels.
• Adequate high-pressure oil supply for the selected HEUI injectors.
• Intake and intercooler upgrades may be needed to support higher power levels.
• Sufficient exhaust flow and leak-free up-pipes.
• Boost and exhaust-gas-temperature monitoring during setup and loaded operation.

Power Support

This configuration provides airflow capacity for a matched performance build. Actual output depends on engine condition, fuel delivery, calibration, and the complete vehicle combination.

Outlet Adaptation and Non-EBPV Configuration

The SL-100-010 includes a dedicated outlet plate for the Super Duty and Excursion downpipe. The dedicated plate is sold as part of the 1.15 A/R turbine housing kit — SL-250-005. The supplied SPOOLOGIC Non-EBPV pedestal eliminates the factory exhaust back-pressure valve system, and the included EBPV terminator connects to the factory electrical plug.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Every SPOOLOGIC turbocharger carries a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original purchase date. Coverage applies to the original purchaser with dated proof of purchase. Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before shipping the turbocharger for inspection. If inspection confirms a covered defect, SPOOLOGIC will repair or replace the turbocharger at its discretion. Damage from foreign-object debris, oil starvation, contaminated or restricted oil flow, extended oil-change intervals, over-boosting, over-fueling, improper installation or tuning, operation beyond the intended range, or use outside the listed application is excluded, along with cosmetic wear, coating discoloration, and normal heat-cycling marks. Customers are responsible for shipping both to SPOOLOGIC and back, whether the claim is approved or denied.
