SPOOLOGIC Stock Turbocharger

The SPOOLOGIC SL-100-020 is a brand-new, direct-fit drop-in GT3782VA stock replacement turbocharger for 2003 Ford F-250 F-350 F-450 F-550 Super Duty trucks and 2003 Ford Excursion models equipped with the 6.0L Powerstroke. Designed to replace a worn, leaking, or failed factory turbocharger without changing the character of the vehicle, it maintains factory-style performance, throttle response, airflow, drivability, electro-hydraulic VGT operation, and the distinctive 2003 turbine sound. The SL-100-020 combines the factory-style 59/82 mm 7+7 cast compressor wheel, 2003-specification 10-blade turbine shaft, nine 15 mm VGT vanes, completely new variable-geometry components, and upgraded SPOOLOGIC internals without requiring a remanufactured core or core charge.

VGT Control System

The VGT system uses engine oil pressure to adjust the turbine vanes, supporting low-speed response and exhaust flow at higher engine speeds. Each turbo includes a new, preinstalled VGT control solenoid, unison ring, and vane assembly.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Every SPOOLOGIC turbocharger carries a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original purchase date. Coverage applies to the original purchaser with dated proof of purchase. Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before shipping the turbocharger for inspection. If inspection confirms a covered defect, SPOOLOGIC will repair or replace the turbocharger at its discretion. Damage from foreign-object debris, oil starvation, contaminated or restricted oil flow, extended oil-change intervals, over-boosting, over-fueling, improper installation or tuning, operation beyond the intended range, or use outside the listed application is excluded, along with cosmetic wear, coating discoloration, and normal heat-cycling marks. Customers are responsible for shipping both to SPOOLOGIC and back, whether the claim is approved or denied.
