SPOOLOGIC Stock Plus Performance Turbocharger

The SPOOLOGIC SL-100-023 is a brand-new, direct-fit drop-in Stock Plus GT3782VA performance turbocharger for 2003 Ford F-250 F-350 F-450 F-550 Super Duty trucks and 2003 Ford Excursion models equipped with the 6.0L Powerstroke. Designed as a responsive performance step above a stock replacement, it combines the SPOOLOGIC SL-220-012 59/82/87.5 mm 7+7 billet compressor wheel with the 2003-specification 72.5/66.4 mm 10-blade turbine shaft, nine 15 mm VGT vanes, completely new variable-geometry components, and upgraded SPOOLOGIC internals. This configuration improves airflow and performance while retaining direct-fit electro-hydraulic VGT operation and the distinctive characteristics of the 2003 turbo platform.

Power Support

The SL-100-023 has produced approximately 20–30 additional rear-wheel horsepower and 10–15 lb-ft of torque compared with a healthy factory turbo. Actual results can vary with engine condition, fuel delivery, charge-air efficiency, exhaust flow, vehicle configuration, and calibration, but the listed range reflects the improvement available from the complete Stock Plus airflow combination rather than from the compressor wheel alone.

VGT Control System

The VGT system uses engine oil pressure to adjust the turbine vanes, supporting low-speed response and exhaust flow at higher engine speeds. Each turbo includes a new, preinstalled VGT control solenoid, unison ring, and vane assembly.

Every SPOOLOGIC turbocharger carries a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original purchase date. Coverage applies to the original purchaser with dated proof of purchase. Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before shipping the turbocharger for inspection. If inspection confirms a covered defect, SPOOLOGIC will repair or replace the turbocharger at its discretion. Damage from foreign-object debris, oil starvation, contaminated or restricted oil flow, extended oil-change intervals, over-boosting, over-fueling, improper installation or tuning, operation beyond the intended range, or use outside the listed application is excluded, along with cosmetic wear, coating discoloration, and normal heat-cycling marks. Customers are responsible for shipping both to SPOOLOGIC and back, whether the claim is approved or denied.
