5+5 Billet Compressor Wheel — SPOOLOGIC SL-220-002

The SL-100-007 upgrades the factory-style cast compressor wheel to the SPOOLOGIC SL-220-002 5+5 billet aluminum compressor wheel. Its extended-tip design increases airflow capability while maintaining responsive turbo operation for daily driving, towing, work-truck use, and mild performance applications. The billet wheel provides the additional airflow that separates the Stock Plus configuration from a standard stock replacement without moving into the larger compressor and turbine combinations used in more aggressive performance turbos.

Turbine Wheel & Internal Wastegate

The factory-style GTP38 turbine wheel and internally wastegated turbine housing are matched to the upgraded billet compressor wheel for balanced Stock Plus operation. This configuration retains the responsive characteristics of the factory GTP38 turbine side while supporting the additional airflow provided by the 60/80/84mm billet compressor wheel. A factory-style wastegate actuator beginning to open at approximately 22 PSI is included as standard equipment.

Non-EBPV Pedestal & Outlet Configuration

The SL-100-007 includes a SPOOLOGIC Non-EBPV turbo pedestal and Non-EBPV turbo outlet plate in place of the factory exhaust back-pressure valve components. Removing the EBPV flap from the exhaust path reduces restriction and eliminates the EBPV valve assembly as a potential leak and service point. A SPOOLOGIC EBPV terminator is also included for the factory electrical connection after the valve assembly is removed.

Every SPOOLOGIC turbocharger is assembled with updated internal components designed to improve durability, sealing, and rotating-assembly operation:

• Extreme-duty journal bearings — Bronze-alloy bearings with updated oil-groove geometry

1-Year Limited Warranty

Every SPOOLOGIC turbocharger is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. Warranty coverage requires that the unit first be shipped back to SPOOLOGIC for inspection. If SPOOLOGIC determines the failure was caused by a defect in materials or workmanship, the turbocharger will be repaired or replaced at SPOOLOGIC’s discretion. Warranty does not cover damage from foreign object debris, oil starvation, contaminated oil, extended oil change intervals, over-boosting, over-fueling, operation beyond the turbocharger’s intended operating range, improper installation, use outside the listed fitment, cosmetic wear, coating discoloration, or normal heat cycling marks. Warranty does not cover labor, shipping, towing, downtime, or any other costs outside the turbocharger itself.
