SPOOLOGIC Stock Plus Performance Turbocharger

The SPOOLOGIC SL-100-007 is a brand-new, direct-fit drop-in Stock Plus GTP38 performance turbocharger for Late 1999–2003 Ford F-250 F-350 F-450 F-550 Super Duty trucks and 2000–2003 Ford Excursion models equipped with the 7.3L Powerstroke. Designed as a mild performance step above a stock replacement, it combines a 60/80/84 mm 5+5 billet compressor wheel, a ceramic-coated turbine housing and center section, and a Non-EBPV pedestal and outlet configuration. The billet compressor and Non-EBPV configuration improve airflow, throttle response, and exhaust flow while maintaining responsive street, towing, and work-truck drivability. The high-temperature ceramic coating helps reduce radiant heat transfer into the surrounding engine compartment. A factory-style 22 PSI wastegate actuator is included as standard equipment.

Tuning is optional and is not required to use this Stock Plus turbocharger.

Non-EBPV Configuration

The supplied SPOOLOGIC Non-EBPV pedestal and outlet plate replace the factory exhaust back-pressure valve components, removing the valve from the exhaust path. An EBPV terminator is included for the factory electrical connection.

Wastegate Control

The GTP38 housing uses an internal wastegate with the included factory-style 22 PSI actuator — SL-260-002.

Coatings and Finish Options

The turbine housing and center-section exterior are ceramic coated to help manage radiant heat and resist oxidation. Heat reduction varies with operating conditions. The finish options below apply only to the compressor housing.

Every SPOOLOGIC turbocharger carries a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original purchase date. Coverage applies to the original purchaser with dated proof of purchase. Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before shipping the turbocharger for inspection. If inspection confirms a covered defect, SPOOLOGIC will repair or replace the turbocharger at its discretion. Damage from foreign-object debris, oil starvation, contaminated or restricted oil flow, extended oil-change intervals, over-boosting, over-fueling, improper installation or tuning, operation beyond the intended range, or use outside the listed application is excluded, along with cosmetic wear, coating discoloration, and normal heat-cycling marks. Customers are responsible for shipping both to SPOOLOGIC and back, whether the claim is approved or denied.
