SPOOLOGIC Stock Turbocharger

The SPOOLOGIC SL-100-006 is a brand-new, direct-fit drop-in GTP38 stock replacement turbocharger for Late 1999–2003 Ford F-250 F-350 F-450 F-550 Super Duty trucks and 2000–2003 Ford Excursion models equipped with the 7.3L Powerstroke. Designed to replace a worn, leaking, or failed factory turbocharger without changing the character of the vehicle, the SL-100-006 maintains factory-style performance, throttle response, drivability, internal wastegate operation, and exhaust back-pressure valve function while incorporating updated SPOOLOGIC internal components for improved durability and sealing. It is well suited for daily drivers, towing vehicles, work trucks, fleet service, and restorations where dependable stock-style operation is the priority.

Factory EBPV Configuration

The SL-100-006 retains the factory exhaust back-pressure valve configuration for customers who want a complete stock-style replacement. The included SPOOLOGIC EBPV turbo pedestal and EBPV outlet plate maintain the original exhaust back-pressure valve arrangement and provide direct replacements for the corresponding factory components.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Every SPOOLOGIC turbocharger carries a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original purchase date. Coverage applies to the original purchaser with dated proof of purchase. Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before shipping the turbocharger for inspection. If inspection confirms a covered defect, SPOOLOGIC will repair or replace the turbocharger at its discretion. Damage from foreign-object debris, oil starvation, contaminated or restricted oil flow, extended oil-change intervals, over-boosting, over-fueling, improper installation or tuning, operation beyond the intended range, or use outside the listed application is excluded, along with cosmetic wear, coating discoloration, and normal heat-cycling marks. Customers are responsible for shipping both to SPOOLOGIC and back, whether the claim is approved or denied.
