SPOOLOGIC Stock Low Pressure Turbocharger

The SPOOLOGIC SL-100-031 Stock Low-Pressure Turbocharger is a brand-new, direct-fit replacement for the large rear-mounted low-pressure turbocharger in the factory V2S compound system used on 2008–2010 Ford F-250 F-350 F-450 F-550 Super Duty trucks equipped with the 6.4L Powerstroke. It retains factory-size compressor and turbine geometry to restore proper airflow, throttle response, drivability, and towing performance while working with the original high-pressure turbocharger and factory engine controls.

Compound Turbo System

The factory compound system uses two turbochargers in sequence. Intake air passes through the larger low-pressure compressor, then the smaller high-pressure compressor before reaching the intercooler. Exhaust drives the high-pressure VGT turbine first, then the low-pressure turbine.

Every SPOOLOGIC turbocharger carries a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original purchase date. Coverage applies to the original purchaser with dated proof of purchase. Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before shipping the turbocharger for inspection. If inspection confirms a covered defect, SPOOLOGIC will repair or replace the turbocharger at its discretion. Damage from foreign-object debris, oil starvation, contaminated or restricted oil flow, extended oil-change intervals, over-boosting, over-fueling, improper installation or tuning, operation beyond the intended range, or use outside the listed application is excluded, along with cosmetic wear, coating discoloration, and normal heat-cycling marks. Customers are responsible for shipping both to SPOOLOGIC and back, whether the claim is approved or denied.
