SPOOLOGIC Stage 1 Performance Turbocharger

The SPOOLOGIC SL-100-084 is a brand-new, direct-fit drop-in Stage 1 performance turbocharger for 2003–2007 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 pickup trucks equipped with the 5.9L Cummins common rail. It combines a 63.5/88/94 mm billet aluminum compressor wheel with a 76/64 mm turbine, upgraded internal components, and a ceramic-coated turbine housing and center-section exterior. Designed for builds with supporting fueling and tuning changes, it provides additional airflow capacity beyond the stock-replacement configuration. It is designed to support approximately 475–500 rear-wheel horsepower with proper tuning, fueling, and supporting modifications.

Approximately 475–500 rear-wheel horsepower with a properly matched build. This is total power-support capacity, not a promised horsepower increase. Actual output depends on engine condition, fuel delivery, calibration, and the complete vehicle combination.

Wastegate Control

The SL-100-084 uses a SPOOLOGIC billet aluminum wastegate actuator for mechanical boost control. On HE351CW applications, this arrangement replaces the factory electronic wastegate control solenoid. The included wastegate solenoid harness jumper plug connects to the unused factory solenoid harness; follow the product installation instructions for its use.

Coatings and Finish Options

1-Year Limited Warranty

Every SPOOLOGIC turbocharger carries a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original purchase date. Coverage applies to the original purchaser with dated proof of purchase. Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before shipping the turbocharger for inspection. If inspection confirms a covered defect, SPOOLOGIC will repair or replace the turbocharger at its discretion. Damage from foreign-object debris, oil starvation, contaminated or restricted oil flow, extended oil-change intervals, over-boosting, over-fueling, improper installation or tuning, operation beyond the intended range, or use outside the listed application is excluded, along with cosmetic wear, coating discoloration, and normal heat-cycling marks. Customers are responsible for shipping both to SPOOLOGIC and back, whether the claim is approved or denied.
