The SPOOLOGIC SL-100-081 is a brand-new, direct-fit drop-in Stock Plus performance turbocharger for 2003–2004 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 pickup trucks equipped with the 5.9L Cummins common rail with the early mechanical-wastegate turbo configuration. It combines a 56/86 mm billet aluminum compressor wheel with a 65/58 mm turbine, upgraded internal components, and a ceramic-coated turbine housing and center-section exterior. Designed for daily driving, towing, and work-truck use, it pairs the billet compressor upgrade with factory-calibration compatibility.

Wastegate Control
Boost pressure operates the wastegate actuator mechanically. This configuration does not use the later HE351CW electrical wastegate control solenoid.

The turbine housing and center-section exterior are ceramic coated to help manage radiant heat and resist oxidation. Heat reduction varies with operating conditions. The finish options below apply only to the compressor housing.

Every SPOOLOGIC turbocharger carries a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original purchase date. Coverage applies to the original purchaser with dated proof of purchase. Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before shipping the turbocharger for inspection. If inspection confirms a covered defect, SPOOLOGIC will repair or replace the turbocharger at its discretion. Damage from foreign-object debris, oil starvation, contaminated or restricted oil flow, extended oil-change intervals, over-boosting, over-fueling, improper installation or tuning, operation beyond the intended range, or use outside the listed application is excluded, along with cosmetic wear, coating discoloration, and normal heat-cycling marks. Customers are responsible for shipping both to SPOOLOGIC and back, whether the claim is approved or denied.
