The SPOOLOGIC SL-100-082 is a brand new, direct drop-in stock replacement turbocharger for 2004.5-2007 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks with the 5.9L 24-Valve common rail Cummins built with the electronic wastegate turbocharger. Built on the Holset HE351CW platform, matched to factory specifications so the truck runs the way it did the day it left the dealer.

The 5.9L common rail platform split into two different factory turbos across 2003-2007 — check the wastegate actuator on your factory turbo before ordering. A wiring connector plugged into the actuator means this SL-100-082 is the correct fitment for your 2004.5-2007 truck. If there’s no wiring connector, your truck has the earlier mechanical-wastegate HY35W and needs SL-100-080 instead.

60/86/90.5mm Compressor Wheel

Factory-spec 7+7 splitter blade compressor wheel sized to OEM specifications and matched to the factory turbine and housing geometry for stock boost response and stock power output, with a 90.5mm extended-tip exducer on the back side per the factory design.

Every SPOOLOGIC turbocharger is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. Warranty coverage requires that the unit first be shipped back to SPOOLOGIC for inspection. If SPOOLOGIC determines the failure was caused by a defect in materials or workmanship, the turbocharger will be repaired or replaced at SPOOLOGIC’s discretion. Warranty does not cover damage from foreign object debris, oil starvation, contaminated oil, extended oil change intervals, over-boosting, over-fueling, improper installation, use outside the listed fitment, cosmetic wear, or normal heat cycling marks. Warranty does not cover labor, shipping, towing, downtime, or any other costs outside the turbocharger itself.
