It combines a SPOOLOGIC base rebuild kit with a new billet compressor wheel, turbine shaft and a complete gasket set, so you have everything needed to restore the turbo to factory performance in one box.

Common BorgWarner V2S Failure Symptoms

If your 6.4L Powerstroke turbo is showing any of these symptoms, a full rebuild is recommended:

• Variable vane geometry sticking or hanging — slow spool, lazy throttle response, soot buildup in the cartridge
• Excessive shaft play or oil seal leakage — blue smoke at idle, oil residue in the intercooler boots, end-play beyond OEM tolerance
• Bearing failure — whining, grinding, or whistling that scales with RPM
• Loss of boost and reduced power — turbo not building rated boost under load, derate codes, excess EGT
