SPOOLOGIC Exhaust Manifold Gasket and Hardware Installation Kit

The SPOOLOGIC Exhaust Manifold Gasket and Hardware Installation Kit SL-300-008 combines genuine Ford OEM mounting hardware and gaskets for installing both exhaust manifolds on the 6.7L Powerstroke. The kit includes manifold studs, matched spacers and nuts, up-pipe flange hardware, heat-shield bolts and EGR inlet-tube flange bolts.

⚠️ 2011–2014 applications: Ford SSM 50330 specifies replacing the manifold on the side with a broken stud. When replacing cylinder 4 and/or 8 studs, replace both studs and install new spacers and heat shields on the affected side(s). This kit includes the revised studs and spacers; manifolds and heat shields are sold separately. Follow Ford SSM 50330.

Installation Notes

Use the supplied studs and matching spacers in their designated positions. Follow the applicable Ford service procedure, tightening sequence and torque specifications. Start the fasteners by hand. Additional seals and hardware may be needed for other assemblies removed during access.

1-Year Limited Warranty

This SPOOLOGIC hardware kit carries a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from purchase. Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization; failed hardware must be returned with proof of purchase for inspection. Approved claims receive replacement at SPOOLOGIC’s discretion. Improper installation or torque, cross-threading, reuse of stretched or previously torqued fasteners, excessive temperatures, corrosion, incorrect applications, cosmetic wear and normal heat cycling are excluded.
