SPOOLOGIC Turbo Gasket Kit

The SPOOLOGIC SL-310-008 Turbo Gasket Kit combines the turbo pedestal oil seals and compressor outlet O-ring for 1994–1997 OBS Ford 7.3L Powerstroke applications. Use this set when removing the turbocharger and pedestal or repairing leaks at the included sealing connections.

Sealing and Service

The pedestal seals contain engine oil at the engine-to-pedestal and pedestal-to-turbocharger joints. The larger spider O-ring seals pressurized air at the compressor outlet. Replacing these seals during removal gives each opened connection a fresh sealing surface. Inspect the surrounding components to confirm the leak source before starting the repair.

Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before sending the product for inspection. Approved defective gaskets will be replaced at SPOOLOGIC’s discretion. The customer is responsible for all warranty shipping charges. Damage from improper installation, incorrect application, contamination, or normal wear is not covered.
