SPOOLOGIC Stock Turbocharger (Federal Emissions)

The SPOOLOGIC SL-100-050 is a brand-new, direct-fit RHG6 stock replacement turbocharger for 2001–2004 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD 3500 and GMC Sierra 2500HD 3500 pickup trucks equipped with the 6.6L Duramax LB7 and Federal emissions. Designed for daily driving, towing, and work-truck service, it combines factory-size compressor and turbine wheels with upgraded internal components, a new wastegate actuator, ceramic-coated hot-side components, and installation hardware. It provides a replacement for a worn, leaking, or failed original turbocharger while maintaining factory-style throttle response and drivability.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Every SPOOLOGIC turbocharger carries a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original purchase date. Coverage applies to the original purchaser with dated proof of purchase. Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before shipping the turbocharger for inspection. If inspection confirms a covered defect, SPOOLOGIC will repair or replace the turbocharger at its discretion. Damage from foreign-object debris, oil starvation, contaminated or restricted oil flow, extended oil-change intervals, over-boosting, over-fueling, improper installation or tuning, operation beyond the intended range, or use outside the listed application is excluded, along with cosmetic wear, coating discoloration, and normal heat-cycling marks. Customers are responsible for shipping both to SPOOLOGIC and back, whether the claim is approved or denied.
