SPOOLOGIC Stock Plus Performance Turbocharger (Federal Emissions)

The SPOOLOGIC SL-100-051 is a brand-new, direct-fit Stock Plus RHG6 turbocharger for 2001–2004 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD 3500 and GMC Sierra 2500HD 3500 pickup trucks equipped with the 6.6L Duramax LB7 and Federal emissions. It pairs a 60.6/82/87.7 mm extended-tip compressor wheel with a factory-size 68/62 mm turbine, upgraded internal components, a new wastegate actuator, and ceramic-coated hot-side components. Designed as a mild upgrade for daily driving, towing, and work-truck service, the Stock Plus configuration adds compressor airflow capability while retaining the original RHG6 mounting arrangement.

Bearings, Seals, and Balancing

Wastegate Control

The RHG6 housing uses an internal wastegate. A new wastegate actuator is installed and tested before shipment.

Coatings and Finish Options

The turbine housing and center-section exterior are ceramic coated to help manage radiant heat and resist oxidation. Heat reduction varies with operating conditions. The finish options below apply only to the compressor housing.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Every SPOOLOGIC turbocharger carries a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original purchase date. Coverage applies to the original purchaser with dated proof of purchase. Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before shipping the turbocharger for inspection. If inspection confirms a covered defect, SPOOLOGIC will repair or replace the turbocharger at its discretion. Damage from foreign-object debris, oil starvation, contaminated or restricted oil flow, extended oil-change intervals, over-boosting, over-fueling, improper installation or tuning, operation beyond the intended range, or use outside the listed application is excluded, along with cosmetic wear, coating discoloration, and normal heat-cycling marks. Customers are responsible for shipping both to SPOOLOGIC and back, whether the claim is approved or denied.
