SPOOLOGIC Stage 1 Performance Turbocharger (Federal Emissions)

The SPOOLOGIC SL-100-052 is a brand-new, direct-fit Stage 1 RHG6 performance turbocharger for 2001–2004 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD 3500 and GMC Sierra 2500HD 3500 pickup trucks equipped with the 6.6L Duramax LB7 and Federal emissions. It combines a 63/86.5/90.7 mm 6+6 billet compressor wheel, a 69.4/67.5 mm 11-blade turbine, upgraded internal components, and ceramic-coated hot-side components. The Stage 1 configuration is intended for modified LB7 trucks that need additional airflow capacity while retaining the factory-style turbo installation. It is designed to support approximately 600–625 rear-wheel horsepower with proper tuning, fueling, and supporting modifications.

SPOOLOGIC does not provide custom tuning services. Customers are responsible for arranging application-appropriate tuning with a qualified tuning provider.

Bearings, Seals, and Balancing

Wastegate Control

The turbine housing and center-section exterior are ceramic coated to help manage radiant heat and resist oxidation. Heat reduction varies with operating conditions. The finish options below apply only to the compressor housing.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Every SPOOLOGIC turbocharger carries a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original purchase date. Coverage applies to the original purchaser with dated proof of purchase. Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before shipping the turbocharger for inspection. If inspection confirms a covered defect, SPOOLOGIC will repair or replace the turbocharger at its discretion. Damage from foreign-object debris, oil starvation, contaminated or restricted oil flow, extended oil-change intervals, over-boosting, over-fueling, improper installation or tuning, operation beyond the intended range, or use outside the listed application is excluded, along with cosmetic wear, coating discoloration, and normal heat-cycling marks. Customers are responsible for shipping both to SPOOLOGIC and back, whether the claim is approved or denied.
