The SPOOLOGIC SL-100-076 is a brand new, direct drop-in Stock Plus performance turbocharger for 1998.5-2002 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks with the 5.9L 24-Valve Cummins. Built on the Holset HX35 platform — the same wastegated, fixed-geometry architecture as your factory turbo — upgraded with a billet aluminum compressor wheel and a ceramic-coated hot side.

This is the no-tuning, no-headache upgrade for the 24-Valve owner who wants a little more out of the truck without touching the ECM. The billet compressor wheel is sized to work inside the factory calibration’s airflow window, so it runs on the factory tune with no supporting modifications required. Expect roughly 20-30 RWHP and 10-15 lb-ft of torque over a healthy factory turbo.

The SL-100-076 uses a 5-axis CNC-machined forged billet aluminum compressor wheel with a 7+7 splitter blade design. Billet aluminum is stronger and lighter than the factory cast wheel — lower inertia spools faster, and the tighter machined blade profile moves air more efficiently. Sized to stay inside the factory ECM’s airflow window so no tuning is required.

SPOOLOGIC ceramic coats both the turbine housing and the center section (CHRA) on the SL-100-076. This isn’t high-temp paint — it’s a true thermal barrier rated for the 1,600°F+ surface temperatures a diesel turbine sees under sustained load.

• Drops turbine housing surface temps 33-50% — less radiant heat dumped into the engine bay, protecting wiring harnesses, oil lines, and hoses from long-term heat damage
• Reduces post-shutdown heat soak into the CHRA and bearing oil — interrupts the radiant feedback loop that bakes oil onto the bearing journals after shutdown

Every SPOOLOGIC turbocharger is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. Warranty coverage requires that the unit first be shipped back to SPOOLOGIC for inspection. If SPOOLOGIC determines the failure was caused by a defect in materials or workmanship, the turbocharger will be repaired or replaced at SPOOLOGIC’s discretion. Warranty does not cover damage from foreign object debris, oil starvation, contaminated oil, extended oil change intervals, over-boosting, over-fueling, improper installation, use outside the listed fitment, cosmetic wear, coating discoloration, or normal heat cycling marks. Warranty does not cover labor, shipping, towing, downtime, or any other costs outside the turbocharger itself.
