SPOOLOGIC Stage 1 Performance Turbocharger

The SPOOLOGIC SL-100-077 is a brand-new, direct-fit drop-in Stage 1 performance turbocharger for 1994–2002 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 pickup trucks equipped with the 5.9L Cummins in the listed HX35 applications. It combines a 63.5/88/94 mm billet aluminum compressor wheel with a 76/64 mm turbine, upgraded internal components, and a ceramic-coated turbine housing and center-section exterior. Designed for builds with supporting fueling and tuning changes, it provides additional airflow capacity beyond the stock-replacement configuration. It is designed to support approximately 475–500 rear-wheel horsepower with proper tuning, fueling, and supporting modifications.

⚠️ HX35 Application — Verify Transmission and Turbo: This turbocharger uses the HX35 configuration. Confirm the original turbocharger and its connections, particularly on automatic-transmission trucks. For an OEM-style HY35W stock replacement in the listed 2000–2002 automatic application, see SL-100-075. If selecting an HX35 upgrade for a truck originally equipped with an HY35W, verify the installation requirements for that conversion.

Tuning and Supporting Modifications

⚠️ Tuning and Fueling Highly Recommended: For 1994–1998 12-valve trucks, matched mechanical fueling adjustments to the P7100 system are highly recommended. For 1998.5–2002 24-valve trucks, matched electronic tuning and fueling for the VP44 system are highly recommended. Have a qualified Cummins diesel shop select the setup for the intended use and power target.

Supporting Modifications: Upgrade components as needed to support your intended power level.

• Larger injectors and fuel-system upgrades may be needed to reach the listed power range.
• Intake and intercooler upgrades may be needed to reach the listed power range.
• Sufficient exhaust flow and boost/exhaust-gas-temperature monitoring.

SPOOLOGIC does not provide custom tuning services. Customers are responsible for arranging application-appropriate tuning with a qualified tuning provider.

Approximately 475–500 rear-wheel horsepower with a properly matched build. This is total power-support capacity, not a promised horsepower increase. Actual output depends on engine condition, fuel delivery, calibration, and the complete vehicle combination.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Every SPOOLOGIC turbocharger carries a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original purchase date. Coverage applies to the original purchaser with dated proof of purchase. Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before shipping the turbocharger for inspection. If inspection confirms a covered defect, SPOOLOGIC will repair or replace the turbocharger at its discretion. Damage from foreign-object debris, oil starvation, contaminated or restricted oil flow, extended oil-change intervals, over-boosting, over-fueling, improper installation or tuning, operation beyond the intended range, or use outside the listed application is excluded, along with cosmetic wear, coating discoloration, and normal heat-cycling marks. Customers are responsible for shipping both to SPOOLOGIC and back, whether the claim is approved or denied.
