SPOOLOGIC Turbo Gasket Kit

The SPOOLOGIC SL-310-071 is a replacement turbo gasket kit for 1998.5–2002 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks equipped with the 5.9L Cummins 24-valve. Designed for turbocharger replacement and service, it renews the seals at the turbo mounting flange and oil-line connections, helping prevent exhaust and oil leaks after reassembly.

Installation Notes

Clean mating surfaces and inspect the flanges, fittings and lines for damage. Install each seal at its matching connection, follow the factory tightening sequence and torque specifications, and check for leaks after reassembly.

Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before sending the product for inspection. Approved defective gaskets will be replaced at SPOOLOGIC’s discretion. The customer is responsible for all warranty shipping charges. Damage from improper installation, incorrect application, contamination, or normal wear is not covered.
