5+5 Billet Compressor Wheel — SPOOLOGIC SL-220-002

The SL-100-005 upgrades the factory-style cast compressor wheel to the SPOOLOGIC SL-220-002 5+5 billet aluminum compressor wheel. Its extended-tip design increases airflow capability while maintaining the quick, responsive characteristics that make the Stock Plus configuration well suited for daily driving, towing, work trucks, and mildly upgraded 7.3L Powerstroke applications.

Turbine Wheel & Internal Wastegate

The factory-style GTP38 turbine wheel and internally wastegated turbine housing are matched to the upgraded billet compressor wheel for balanced Stock Plus operation. The turbine side retains the familiar fixed-geometry, internally wastegated GTP38 configuration while supporting the additional airflow of the billet compressor wheel.

Non-EBPV Pedestal & Outlet Configuration

The SL-100-005 includes a SPOOLOGIC Non-EBPV turbo pedestal and Non-EBPV turbo outlet plate in place of the factory exhaust back-pressure valve components. Removing the EBPV flap from the exhaust path reduces restriction and eliminates the EBPV valve assembly as a common leak and service point. A SPOOLOGIC EBPV terminator is also included for the factory electrical connection after the valve assembly is removed.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Every SPOOLOGIC turbocharger is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. Warranty coverage requires that the unit first be shipped back to SPOOLOGIC for inspection. If SPOOLOGIC determines the failure was caused by a defect in materials or workmanship, the turbocharger will be repaired or replaced at SPOOLOGIC’s discretion. Warranty does not cover damage from foreign object debris, oil starvation, contaminated oil, extended oil change intervals, over-boosting, over-fueling, operation beyond the turbocharger’s intended operating range, improper installation, use outside the listed fitment, cosmetic wear, coating discoloration, or normal heat cycling marks. Warranty does not cover labor, shipping, towing, downtime, or any other costs outside the turbocharger itself.
