SPOOLOGIC Stock Plus Performance Turbocharger

The SPOOLOGIC SL-100-005 is a brand-new, direct-fit drop-in Stock Plus GTP38 performance turbocharger for Early 1999 Ford F-250 F-350 F-450 F-550 Super Duty trucks equipped with the 7.3L Powerstroke and an engine build date of December 7, 1998 or earlier. Designed as a mild performance step above a stock replacement, it combines an upgraded 5+5 billet compressor wheel with a Non-EBPV pedestal and outlet configuration to improve airflow, throttle response, and exhaust flow while retaining responsive daily-driving, towing, and work-truck drivability. The SL-100-005 typically supports gains of approximately 15–20 rear-wheel horsepower and 5–10 lb-ft of torque at the rear wheels over stock.

Power Support

Non-EBPV Configuration

The supplied SPOOLOGIC Non-EBPV pedestal and outlet plate replace the factory exhaust back-pressure valve components, removing the valve from the exhaust path. An EBPV terminator is included for the factory electrical connection.

Every SPOOLOGIC turbocharger carries a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original purchase date. Coverage applies to the original purchaser with dated proof of purchase. Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before shipping the turbocharger for inspection. If inspection confirms a covered defect, SPOOLOGIC will repair or replace the turbocharger at its discretion. Damage from foreign-object debris, oil starvation, contaminated or restricted oil flow, extended oil-change intervals, over-boosting, over-fueling, improper installation or tuning, operation beyond the intended range, or use outside the listed application is excluded, along with cosmetic wear, coating discoloration, and normal heat-cycling marks. Customers are responsible for shipping both to SPOOLOGIC and back, whether the claim is approved or denied.
