SPOOLOGIC Complete Factory Style Exhaust Manifold Kit

The SPOOLOGIC SL-500-007 Complete Factory-Style Exhaust Manifold Kit includes both aftermarket replacement manifolds and the manifold installation gaskets and hardware for 2011–2014 Ford Super Duty pickups and 2011–2016 Super Duty chassis cab trucks with the 6.7L Powerstroke. The kit combines driver-side and passenger-side manifolds, manifold gaskets, OEM-style studs, matched spacers, nuts, and both heat shields with mounting bolts. New up-pipe flange studs, nuts, and gaskets are included, along with four EGR inlet-pipe flange bolts and the two different gaskets needed to reseal both ends of the pipe.

Turbo Gaskets and Related Parts

A separate turbo mounting gasket kit is required when replacing these manifolds and reinstalling the existing turbocharger. Turbo mounting gaskets are not included in this manifold kit. If you are also replacing the turbocharger, check whether your new turbo already includes the correct gasket kit before ordering another.

• SPOOLOGIC Heavy Duty 304SS High-Flow Bellowed Up-Pipe Kit SL-510-010 — replace both up-pipes during the same repair. This up-pipe kit already includes two up-pipe-to-turbo V-band clamps; separate up-pipe clamps are not needed when purchasing the kit.

Clamps and up-pipes are optional replacements sold separately. These recommendations are for the factory turbocharger and exhaust configuration within this manifold kit's listed applications.

The 2015–2016 application is chassis cab only. Does not fit 2015–2019 pickups, 2017–2019 chassis cab trucks, or 2020 and newer trucks. For vehicles with the original factory manifold and up-pipe configuration. Confirm compatibility separately for trucks with turbocharger or exhaust conversion components.

Installation Notes

Use the supplied studs, spacers, heat shields, and fasteners in their designated positions. Follow the applicable Ford service procedure, tightening sequence, and torque specifications. The existing EGR inlet pipe is reused. Additional seals or hardware may be needed for other assemblies removed during access.

1-Year Limited Warranty

This SPOOLOGIC exhaust manifold kit carries a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original purchase date. Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before sending the product for inspection with dated proof of purchase. Approved claims are resolved through repair or replacement at SPOOLOGIC’s discretion. The customer is responsible for all warranty shipping charges. Improper installation, overtightened fasteners, incorrect applications, damage caused by other failed components, environmental corrosion, normal heat discoloration, and cosmetic wear are not covered.
