The SPOOLOGIC Compressor Housing Kit — SL-230-009 pairs a 63.5 mm 6+6 billet compressor wheel with a matching housing for 6.0L Powerstroke applications. The supplied backing plate, seals, and hardware support a compressor-side upgrade while the turbocharger is disassembled for service.

Compressor Housing

The supplied housing is matched to the larger PowerMax compressor wheel. Use the wheel and housing together when upgrading a factory turbo; the wheel alone does not fit the stock compressor housing.

Assembly and Balancing

The compressor wheel is individually balanced. Balancing the completed rotating assembly is recommended best practice after installation. Verify wheel-to-housing clearance and follow the applicable shaft-nut tightening specification.
