SPOOLOGIC Turbo Gasket Kit

The SPOOLOGIC SL-310-025 Turbo Gasket Kit supplies replacement sealing components for turbocharger removal and installation on 2007.5–2010 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra pickups with the 6.6L Duramax LMM. The set includes upper and lower up-pipe gaskets along with the oil-drain gaskets and additional seals listed below.

Sealing and Service

The up-pipes carry exhaust from both manifolds to the turbocharger. Leaks at their flange connections can leave soot deposits and reduce the exhaust energy reaching the turbine. Oil-drain gaskets seal the return path from the turbocharger. Inspect each opened connection and use a new gasket when reassembling it.

Installation Notes

This SPOOLOGIC gasket set carries a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original purchase date. Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before sending the product for inspection. Approved defective gaskets will be replaced at SPOOLOGIC’s discretion. The customer is responsible for all warranty shipping charges. Damage from improper installation, incorrect application, contamination, or normal wear is not covered.
