SPOOLOGIC Up-Pipe Gasket Kit

The SPOOLOGIC SL-310-029 Up-Pipe Gasket Kit supplies four replacement exhaust gaskets for 2001–2016 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 6.6L Duramax LB7 LLY LBZ LMM LML pickups. Two gaskets seal the lower manifold connections and two seal the upper connections at the turbocharger.

Sealing and Service

Up-pipe flange leaks allow exhaust to escape before it reaches the turbine. Soot near a connection, ticking or puffing noise, and reduced boost response can point to a leak. Inspect the pipes and flanges to locate the source; new gaskets cannot repair a cracked pipe or distorted flange.

Installation Notes

Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before sending the product for inspection. Approved defective gaskets will be replaced at SPOOLOGIC’s discretion. The customer is responsible for all warranty shipping charges. Damage from improper installation, incorrect application, contamination, or normal wear is not covered.
