SPOOLOGIC Stock Turbocharger

The SPOOLOGIC SL-100-062 is a brand-new, direct-fit stock replacement turbocharger for 2024–2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD 3500HD and GMC Sierra 2500HD 3500HD pickup trucks equipped with the 6.6L Duramax L5P. Built for the updated application, it uses a 61.5/82 mm compressor wheel, a 10-blade turbine, new VGT unison ring and vanes, and upgraded internal components. It provides factory-style turbocharger operation for daily driving, towing, and work-truck service and includes the SPOOLOGIC SL-310-028 installation gasket kit for this model-year range.

Bearings, Seals, and Balancing

The SL-100-062 combines upgraded bearings with piston-ring seals and high-speed VSR balancing to support shaft stability, oil control, and consistent rotating-assembly operation.

VGT Control System

The L5P uses an electronically controlled variable-geometry turbo system. The unison ring moves the turbine vanes to vary exhaust flow through the housing as engine load and speed change. A new unison ring and vanes are installed in this turbocharger. Factory-equipped VGT exhaust-brake operation is supported with the appropriate vehicle calibration.

Reuse a serviceable VGT actuator or obtain the correct replacement.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Every SPOOLOGIC turbocharger carries a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original purchase date. Coverage applies to the original purchaser with dated proof of purchase. Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before shipping the turbocharger for inspection. If inspection confirms a covered defect, SPOOLOGIC will repair or replace the turbocharger at its discretion. Damage from foreign-object debris, oil starvation, contaminated or restricted oil flow, extended oil-change intervals, over-boosting, over-fueling, improper installation or tuning, operation beyond the intended range, or use outside the listed application is excluded, along with cosmetic wear, coating discoloration, and normal heat-cycling marks. Customers are responsible for shipping both to SPOOLOGIC and back, whether the claim is approved or denied.
