SPOOLOGIC Turbo Gasket Kit

The SPOOLOGIC SL-310-028 Turbo Gasket Kit supplies replacement sealing components for turbocharger service on 2024–2026 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 6.6L Duramax L5P pickups. The kit includes the turbo mounting gasket, line and flange seals, and intake seals shown in the product photo.

Sealing and Service

Replacing the turbocharger requires opening several surrounding connections. Fresh gaskets and seals help restore these joints during reassembly. The turbo mounting gasket differs between the earlier and later L5P designs, so match the kit to the model year and installed hardware. Inspect each mating surface and confirm the original gasket profile before installation.

Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before sending the product for inspection. Approved defective gaskets will be replaced at SPOOLOGIC’s discretion. The customer is responsible for all warranty shipping charges. Damage from improper installation, incorrect application, contamination, or normal wear is not covered.
