SPOOLOGIC Stage 2 Performance Turbocharger

The SPOOLOGIC SL-100-066 is a brand-new, direct-fit Stage 2 performance turbocharger for 2024–2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD 3500HD and GMC Sierra 2500HD 3500HD pickup trucks equipped with the 6.6L Duramax L5P. It also fits 2024–2026 Chevrolet Silverado 4500 5500 6500 medium-duty trucks equipped with the 6.6L Duramax L5D. Built around the updated B2BV-70A-style variable-geometry configuration, it combines a 67/92.5/96.2 mm 11-blade billet compressor wheel with a 75/70 mm 10-blade turbine wheel, new VGT unison ring and vanes, upgraded internal components, and a ceramic-coated turbine housing and center-section exterior. Designed for higher-output builds with fueling capacity matched to the intended output, it requires custom tuning matched to the turbocharger and supporting modifications. It is designed to support approximately 650–700 rear-wheel horsepower with proper custom tuning, fueling, and supporting modifications.

Tuning and Supporting Modifications

⚠️ Custom Tuning and Supporting Modifications: Custom tuning is required before operating the vehicle. Fuel delivery, intake airflow, charge-air capacity, and exhaust flow must be matched to the intended power level. Additional upgrades may be needed to achieve the listed power-support range; the turbocharger alone does not produce that output.

Supporting Modifications: Upgrade components as needed to support your intended power level.

• Larger injectors and fuel-system upgrades may be needed to reach the listed power range.
• Intake and intercooler upgrades may be needed to reach the listed power range.
• Adequate exhaust flow and sealed exhaust connections.
• Boost and exhaust-gas-temperature monitoring during setup and loaded operation.

SPOOLOGIC does not provide custom tuning services. Customers are responsible for arranging application-appropriate tuning with a qualified tuning provider.

Approximately 650–700 rear-wheel horsepower with a properly matched build. This is total power-support capacity, not a promised horsepower increase. Actual output depends on engine condition, fuel delivery, calibration, and the complete vehicle combination.

Bearings, Seals, and Balancing

The rotating assembly combines upgraded bearings with piston-ring seals and high-speed VSR balancing to support shaft stability, oil control, and consistent turbocharger operation.

VGT Control System

The turbocharger retains VGT-based exhaust-brake operation on trucks equipped with that function from the factory. The vehicle calibration must support exhaust braking and be compatible with the upgraded turbine and VGT configuration.

Reuse a serviceable VGT actuator or obtain the correct replacement.

⚠️ After transferring or installing the VGT actuator, complete the applicable GM turbocharger learn procedure.

Coatings and Finish Options

The turbine housing and center-section exterior are ceramic coated to help manage radiant heat and resist oxidation. Heat reduction varies with operating conditions. The finish options below apply only to the compressor housing.

• Raw: Natural aluminum compressor housing with no exterior coating
• Black: Black powder-coated compressor housing
• Red: Red powder-coated compressor housing

1-Year Limited Warranty

Every SPOOLOGIC turbocharger carries a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original purchase date. Coverage applies to the original purchaser with dated proof of purchase. Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before shipping the turbocharger for inspection. If inspection confirms a covered defect, SPOOLOGIC will repair or replace the turbocharger at its discretion. Damage from foreign-object debris, oil starvation, contaminated or restricted oil flow, extended oil-change intervals, over-boosting, over-fueling, improper installation or tuning, operation beyond the intended range, or use outside the listed application is excluded, along with cosmetic wear, coating discoloration, and normal heat-cycling marks. Customers are responsible for shipping both to SPOOLOGIC and back, whether the claim is approved or denied.
