SPOOLOGIC Stage 2 Performance Turbocharger

The SPOOLOGIC SL-100-059 is a brand-new, direct-fit Stage 2 performance turbocharger for 2011–2016 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD 3500HD and GMC Sierra 2500HD 3500HD pickup trucks equipped with the 6.6L Duramax LML. It also fits 2010.5–2016 Chevrolet Express 2500 3500 4500 and GMC Savana 2500 3500 4500 vans equipped with the 6.6L Duramax LGH. It combines a 67.8/94/97.7 mm 11-blade billet compressor, a 72.5/66.4 mm 10-blade turbine, new VGT unison ring and vanes, upgraded internal components, and ceramic-coated hot-side components. Designed for higher-output builds with fueling capacity matched to the intended output, the Stage 2 retains the factory-style mounting arrangement and requires a custom calibration matched to the turbocharger and supporting modifications. It is designed to support approximately 650–750 rear-wheel horsepower with proper custom tuning, fueling, and supporting modifications.

Tuning and Supporting Modifications

Fuel delivery, intake airflow, charge-air capacity, and exhaust flow must be matched to the intended power level. Additional upgrades may be needed to achieve the listed power-support range; the turbocharger alone does not produce that output.

SPOOLOGIC does not provide custom tuning services. Customers are responsible for arranging application-appropriate tuning with a qualified tuning provider.

Bearings, Seals, and Balancing

The SL-100-059 is assembled with upgraded internal components designed to support shaft stability, oil control, and consistent rotating-assembly operation.

VGT Control System

The VGT control solenoid uses engine oil pressure to adjust the turbine vanes. A new unison ring, vane assembly, and separate turbocharger vane position sensor are preinstalled. Factory-equipped exhaust-brake operation is supported with a compatible calibration.

Coatings and Finish Options

The turbine housing and center-section exterior are ceramic coated to help manage radiant heat and resist oxidation. Heat reduction varies with operating conditions. The finish options below apply only to the compressor housing.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Every SPOOLOGIC turbocharger carries a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original purchase date. Coverage applies to the original purchaser with dated proof of purchase. Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before shipping the turbocharger for inspection. If inspection confirms a covered defect, SPOOLOGIC will repair or replace the turbocharger at its discretion. Damage from foreign-object debris, oil starvation, contaminated or restricted oil flow, extended oil-change intervals, over-boosting, over-fueling, improper installation or tuning, operation beyond the intended range, or use outside the listed application is excluded, along with cosmetic wear, coating discoloration, and normal heat-cycling marks. Customers are responsible for shipping both to SPOOLOGIC and back, whether the claim is approved or denied.
