SPOOLOGIC Stage 1 Performance Turbocharger

The SPOOLOGIC SL-100-041 is a brand-new Stage 1 turbocharger and complete retrofit kit for 2011–2014 Ford F-250 F-350 F-450 Super Duty pickup trucks and 2011–2016 Ford F-350 F-450 F-550 Super Duty chassis-cab trucks equipped with the 6.7L Powerstroke. It converts the original GT32-series turbo arrangement to the proven 2017–2019 GT37 journal-bearing architecture without requiring the extensive exhaust-system changes associated with a traditional conversion. Designed for daily driving, towing, and responsive street performance, the Stage 1 supports approximately 500–600 rear-wheel horsepower with the required custom tuning, proper fueling, and supporting modifications.

Tuning and Supporting Modifications

• Larger injectors and fuel-system upgrades may be needed to reach the listed power range.
• Intake and intercooler upgrades may be needed to reach the listed power range.
• Adequate exhaust flow and leak-free up-pipes.
• Boost and exhaust-gas-temperature monitoring during setup and loaded operation.

SPOOLOGIC does not provide custom tuning services. Customers are responsible for arranging application-appropriate tuning with a qualified tuning provider.

Power Support

Approximately 500–600 rear-wheel horsepower with a properly matched build. This is total power-support capacity, not a promised horsepower increase. Actual output depends on engine condition, calibration, fuel delivery, and the complete vehicle combination.

GT37 Conversion

The SL-100-041 replaces the original GT32 turbo with a GT37 journal-bearing design. Its custom SPOOLOGIC turbine housing connects to the factory up-pipes and downpipe without replacement exhaust plumbing or fabrication. The included conversion pedestal provides internal oil feed and return passages, eliminating the external turbo oil-supply line. Reuse the original pedestal-to-engine-block bolts during installation.

Bearings, Seals, and Balancing

Like every complete SPOOLOGIC turbocharger, the SL-100-041 is assembled with upgraded internal components and receives high-speed VSR balancing before shipment.

VGT Control System

The turbocharger is assembled with a new VGT control solenoid and a factory-style 2017–2019 vane cage and unison-ring assembly. VGT-based exhaust-brake operation is supported, but actual exhaust-brake behavior depends on the strategy programmed by the custom-tune provider.

Coatings and Finish Options

The turbine housing, center-section exterior, and pedestal are ceramic coated to help manage radiant heat and resist oxidation. Heat reduction varies with operating conditions. The finish options below apply only to the compressor housing.

• Raw: Natural aluminum with no coating
• Red: Red powder-coated finish
• Black: Black powder-coated finish

1-Year Limited Warranty

Every SPOOLOGIC turbocharger carries a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original purchase date. Coverage applies to the original purchaser with dated proof of purchase. Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before shipping the turbocharger for inspection. If inspection confirms a covered defect, SPOOLOGIC will repair or replace the turbocharger at its discretion. Damage from foreign-object debris, oil starvation, contaminated or restricted oil flow, extended oil-change intervals, over-boosting, over-fueling, improper installation or tuning, operation beyond the intended range, or use outside the listed application is excluded, along with cosmetic wear, coating discoloration, and normal heat-cycling marks. Customers are responsible for shipping both to SPOOLOGIC and back, whether the claim is approved or denied.
