The SPOOLOGIC Intake Manifold Plenums SL-430-002 are brand new, direct bolt-on intake plenums for 1999.5-2003 Ford F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550 Super Duty trucks and 2000-2003 Ford Excursions with the 7.3L Powerstroke. Designed to mount on top of the SPOOLOGIC SL-430-001 Intake Manifold Spider, the plenums complete a high-flow, color-matched intake system that gets more air into the cylinders with less restriction than the factory setup.

The factory plenums are a low-budget casting that restrict airflow and lock you into a single look. SPOOLOGIC's CNC-machined aluminum plenums open up the air path, drop unnecessary weight, and let you color-match the entire intake side of the engine.

CNC-Machined Aluminum Construction

The plenums are CNC-machined from solid aluminum — not cast and not stamped — for tight tolerances, clean internal flow geometry, and a precision fit to both the cylinder heads and the SPOOLOGIC spider below. Machined aluminum dissipates heat faster than the factory cast components, helping keep intake charge temperatures down under sustained boost, and the surface finish takes powder coating cleanly for the Black and Red color options.

High-Flow Geometry

Internal port geometry is opened up and smoothed for less restriction than the factory plenums. Paired with the SL-430-001 spider's MDV Multi-Directional Vane flow technology, the complete SPOOLOGIC intake system outflows the factory unit by 18% — translating to faster turbo spool, lower EGTs, improved fuel economy, and sharper throttle response.

Color-Matched Finish Options

SL-430-002 is available in Raw, Black, and Red — matching the finish options on the SL-430-001 Spider, SL-410-001 Intercooler Pipe Kit, and the SL-100-007 / SL-100-009 turbo compressor housings. Build a fully color-matched intake side from the turbo outlet all the way to the cylinder heads.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Every SPOOLOGIC intake manifold plenum set is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. Warranty coverage requires that the plenums first be shipped back to SPOOLOGIC for inspection. If SPOOLOGIC determines the failure was caused by a defect in materials or workmanship, the plenums will be repaired or replaced at SPOOLOGIC's discretion. Warranty does not cover damage from improper install, over-torqued mounting hardware, damaged sealing surfaces from incorrect torque sequence, reuse of damaged plenum gaskets, physical damage during handling, powder coat wear from normal use, or corrosion from road salt. Warranty does not cover labor, shipping, towing, downtime, or any other costs outside the plenums themselves.
