The Spoologic High Flow Exhaust Manifold Kit SL-500-045 upgrades the exhaust path feeding the turbocharger on 2003–2007 Dodge Ram 2500 3500 trucks with the 5.9L Common Rail Cummins. Delivering up to 23% greater exhaust flow than the factory manifold, its matched ports, merged runners and divided T3 outlet reduce restriction and support quicker turbo spool, sharper throttle response and more responsive power delivery. A reinforced, one-piece ductile iron casting provides a durable foundation for towing, daily driving and compatible performance turbo setups. Choose a raw or ceramic-coated manifold with standard black chrome moly or stainless steel mounting hardware.

Installation Notes

Clean and inspect the mating surfaces, install the supplied gaskets and matching seals, and follow the correct tightening sequence and torque specifications for the selected hardware. Follow the hardware supplier’s instructions for thread lubricant and any required recheck after heat cycling. Keep unused EGT ports sealed and check for exhaust and oil leaks after installation.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Every SPOOLOGIC exhaust manifold is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original purchase date. Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before sending the manifold for inspection with dated proof of purchase. If SPOOLOGIC determines the failure was caused by a defect in materials or workmanship, the manifold will be replaced at SPOOLOGIC’s discretion. The customer is responsible for all warranty shipping charges, whether the claim is approved or denied. Warranty does not cover damage from over-torqued or improperly torqued hardware, cracked flanges from improper install sequence, use outside the listed fitment, EGTs beyond the manifold’s rated operating range, tuning or fueling that exceeds safe exhaust gas temperatures, cosmetic wear, ceramic coating discoloration or chipping, surface rust on raw manifolds, or normal heat cycling marks.
