SPOOLOGIC Exhaust Manifold Gasket Kit

The SPOOLOGIC SL-310-079 is a replacement exhaust manifold gasket kit for 2003–2007 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks equipped with the 5.9L Cummins. Designed for exhaust manifold replacement and related turbo service, it renews the seals between the cylinder head, manifold and turbocharger, along with the turbo oil-line connections, helping prevent exhaust and oil leaks after reassembly.

Oil-drain O-rings: Use one for the early drain nipple or two for the later drain tube, depending on the installed drain assembly.

Installation Notes

Clean mating surfaces and inspect the flanges, fittings and lines for damage. Install each seal at its matching connection, follow the factory tightening sequence and torque specifications, and check for leaks after reassembly.

Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before sending the product for inspection. Approved defective gaskets will be replaced at SPOOLOGIC’s discretion. The customer is responsible for all warranty shipping charges. Damage from improper installation, incorrect application, contamination, or normal wear is not covered.
