SPOOLOGIC High Flow Exhaust Manifold & Up-Pipe Set

The Spoologic SL-500-022 High Flow Exhaust Manifold & Up-Pipe Set is a configuration-specific replacement set for 2001–2016 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500/3500 trucks with the 6.6L Duramax. Each selected option combines two ductile iron exhaust manifolds with a driver-side and passenger-side 304 stainless steel bellowed up-pipe, plus the matching gaskets and installation hardware. Select the exact engine generation, emissions configuration, and manifold finish before ordering.

⚠️ Fitment Notes

This is not a universal all-years kit. Select the exact Duramax engine generation and emissions configuration. Federal- and California-emissions LB7 applications use different passenger-side/EGR arrangements. For 2011–2016 LML applications, verify shock-tower clearance before ordering; the selected configuration may require clearance modification. The raw and ceramic-coated options use the same application-specific component set, with a different manifold finish.

Manifold and Up-Pipe System Design

The exhaust manifolds collect exhaust from the cylinder heads and route it through the up-pipes to the turbocharger. The bellowed sections allow movement as the exhaust system heats and cools. Inspect the manifolds, bellows, flange joints, EGR connection where equipped, and surrounding hardware when diagnosing a pre-turbo exhaust leak.

Common Exhaust Leak Symptoms

• Dry black soot around manifold outlets, up-pipe bellows, or flange connections
• Ticking, hissing, or exhaust noise that becomes more noticeable under load
• Slower turbo response, reduced boost, or reduced pulling power

These symptoms call for an inspection, not an automatic manifold or up-pipe replacement. Check the exhaust connections and charge-air system to identify the source of the problem.

Installation Notes

• Confirm the selection: Compare the engine generation, emissions configuration, EGR connection, and manifold finish to the selected variation before beginning installation.
• Preparation: Work on a cold engine and follow the applicable service procedure for access. Remove surrounding components only as required by that procedure.
• Inspection: Clean and inspect cylinder-head, manifold, up-pipe, and turbocharger mating surfaces. Replace damaged fasteners and disturbed seals as required.
• Alignment: Start the connections loosely and align the manifolds and pipes before final tightening. Do not use fasteners to pull misaligned components together or force the bellows into position.
• Final tightening: Follow the applicable service specifications for all connections. Confirm clearance from wiring, hoses, heat shields, and surrounding components.
• Leak check: Reinstall removed components and check for exhaust leaks. After the first drive and a complete cool-down, inspect the connections for fresh soot.

1-Year Limited Warranty

This Spoologic manifold and up-pipe set carries a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original purchase date. Contact Spoologic for return authorization before sending the product for inspection with dated proof of purchase. Approved claims are resolved through repair or replacement at Spoologic’s discretion. The customer is responsible for all warranty shipping charges. Improper installation, overtightened fasteners, incorrect applications, damage caused by other failed components, environmental corrosion, normal heat discoloration, ceramic-coating discoloration or chipping, and cosmetic wear are not covered.
