The SPOOLOGIC High Flow Exhaust Manifold & Up-Pipe Set replaces the factory 6.6L Duramax exhaust manifolds and up-pipes with a matched pair of ductile iron high-flow manifolds and 304 stainless up-pipes engineered to solve the two failures Duramax owners see most: cracked OEM up-pipe bellows and restrictive factory manifold flow. Bolt-on to the factory turbo pedestal with no tuning required.

Why It Matters

Factory Duramax up-pipes use thin-wall 16-gauge tubing at roughly 1 5/8” OD with unprotected bellows that fatigue and crack over thousands of heat cycles. When they fail, exhaust leaks pre-turbo — you lose boost, gain smoke, and eventually lose the truck to a stranded shop visit. The SPOOLOGIC set upgrades both sides to 11-gauge .120” wall 2” OD 304 stainless up-pipes with internally-sleeved stainless bellows that survive high boost and high EGT applications. Paired with matched ductile iron high-flow manifolds, the set delivers roughly 50% more exhaust flow to the turbo than stock, faster turbo spool-up, and lower EGTs on the same tune.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Every SPOOLOGIC exhaust manifold is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. Warranty coverage requires that the exhaust manifold first be shipped back to SPOOLOGIC for inspection. If SPOOLOGIC determines the failure was caused by a defect in materials or workmanship, the exhaust manifold will be replaced at SPOOLOGIC’s discretion. Warranty does not cover damage from over-torqued or improperly torqued hardware, cracked flanges from improper install sequence, use outside the listed fitment, EGTs beyond the manifold’s rated operating range, tuning or fueling that exceeds safe exhaust gas temperatures, cosmetic wear, ceramic coating discoloration or chipping, surface rust on raw manifolds, or normal heat cycling marks. Warranty does not cover labor, shipping, towing, downtime, gaskets, hardware, or any other costs outside the exhaust manifold itself.
