The SPOOLOGIC Wastegate Vacuum Solenoid Harness SL-260-006 is a direct-replacement vacuum harness for 1999-2003 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke trucks and 2000-2003 Excursion equipped with the factory Garrett GTP38 or GTP38R turbocharger. Routes vacuum lines between the solenoid, actuator, and reservoir.

Why Replace the Vacuum Harness

Original 7.3L vacuum harnesses become brittle and crack after years of underhood heat cycling. A leaking harness allows vacuum to bleed off before reaching the wastegate actuator, causing erratic boost control, sluggish throttle response, and overboost codes. Replacing the harness restores accurate vacuum signal between the solenoid and actuator.

Every SPOOLOGIC wastegate vacuum solenoid harness is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. Warranty coverage requires that the wastegate vacuum solenoid harness first be shipped back to SPOOLOGIC for inspection. If SPOOLOGIC determines the failure was caused by a defect in materials or workmanship, the wastegate vacuum solenoid harness will be replaced at SPOOLOGIC's discretion. Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, incorrect vacuum line or electrical connection, use outside the listed fitment, boost or exhaust pressure beyond the wastegate vacuum solenoid harness's rated operating range, tuning that exceeds safe operating parameters, contamination, corrosion from moisture ingress, cosmetic wear, or normal heat cycling marks. Warranty does not cover labor, shipping, towing, downtime, gaskets, hardware, or any other costs outside the wastegate vacuum solenoid harness itself.
