SPOOLOGIC Turbo Step Gap Oil Seals

The SL-210-124 seal kit is for the Holset HE300VG serving the 6.7L Cummins application listed below. It supplies oil seal rings for service of the HE300VG CHRA. Match the kit to the turbo identification and configuration before beginning work.

This kit contains oil seal rings only. Bearings, thrust parts, shaft, compressor wheel, turbine wheel, housings, gaskets and other assembly parts are not included. It will not correct bearing wear, shaft damage, housing damage or worn seal grooves.

Installation Notes

• Inspect the shaft, bearing clearances, seal grooves and mating surfaces; replace damaged or worn components as needed.
• Follow the correct turbocharger service procedure and verify oiling before startup.
• Have the completed rotating assembly high-speed balanced when the repair procedure or component replacement requires it.
