The SPOOLOGIC Turbo Outlet SL-370-030 is a direct-replacement compressor discharge elbow for the 1991.5-2002 Dodge Ram 2500 3500 5.9L Cummins. This is the 90-degree air transfer pipe that bolts to the 3-inch V-band flange on the turbo compressor housing and routes charged air into the cold-side intercooler pipe — the piece every 12-Valve and 24-Valve Cummins uses to get boost from the turbo to the intercooler.

The factory compressor outlet elbow lives right on the exhaust side of the engine, inches from the turbo, and takes the full brunt of every heat cycle from turbo housing bleed-through and every boost pressure spike from the compressor. Installation Notes: Always install with a fresh compressor outlet flange O-ring. Torque the V-band clamp to factory spec — do not over-tighten. If reusing the factory intercooler boot, inspect the barb-side surface for cracks and replace if any are found. Thread-seal the 1/8-inch NPT port with high-temp thread sealant if using it for a gauge or wastegate reference; plug the port with a brass NPT plug if unused.

Every SPOOLOGIC turbo outlet is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. Warranty coverage requires that the outlet first be shipped back to SPOOLOGIC for inspection. If SPOOLOGIC determines the failure was caused by a defect in materials or workmanship, the outlet will be replaced at SPOOLOGIC’s discretion. Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, over-tightened V-band clamps, use outside the listed fitment, damage caused by a failing turbo or intercooler boot, cracks caused by prying a stuck elbow off the turbo, corrosion from prolonged salt or coastal exposure, cosmetic wear, or normal surface oxidation under heat. Warranty does not cover labor, shipping, towing, downtime, or any other costs outside the outlet itself.
