The SPOOLOGIC Turbo Outlet Elbow CAC Boot SL-420-006 is a direct-fit silicone replacement boot for 2003-2004 Ford F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550 Super Duty trucks and 2003-2004 Ford Excursions with the 6.0L Powerstroke. This is the short turbo outlet elbow boot that connects the turbocharger compressor outlet to the charge air system on 2003-2004 6.0L Powerstroke trucks — a high-heat junction where the factory rubber fails first.

Every SPOOLOGIC turbo outlet elbow CAC boot is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. Warranty coverage requires that the turbo outlet elbow CAC boot first be shipped back to SPOOLOGIC for inspection. If SPOOLOGIC determines the failure was caused by a defect in materials or workmanship, the turbo outlet elbow CAC boot will be replaced at SPOOLOGIC's discretion. Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, over-tightened clamps, use outside the listed fitment, boost pressure beyond the turbo outlet elbow CAC boot's rated operating range, cuts, abrasion, exposure to oil-saturated CAC plumbing from a failing turbo, chemical attack, cosmetic wear, or normal fading from UV exposure. Warranty does not cover labor, shipping, towing, downtime, clamps, or any other costs outside the turbo outlet elbow CAC boot itself.
