Why Replace Turbo Mounting Studs
Turbo mounting studs sit in the highest-heat zone on the exhaust side. Original studs stretch, seize in the manifold, or shear off during turbo removal. Installing fresh studs and 12-point nuts during any turbo service restores proper clamp load, ensures a clean flange seal, and gives you hardware you can actually remove next time.

1-Year Limited Warranty
Every SPOOLOGIC bolt kit is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. Warranty coverage requires that the failed hardware first be shipped back to SPOOLOGIC for inspection. If SPOOLOGIC determines the failure was caused by a defect in materials or workmanship, the hardware will be replaced at SPOOLOGIC’s discretion. Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, incorrect torque, over-tightening, cross-threading, reuse of stretched or previously torqued fasteners, exposure to temperatures beyond the fastener’s rated operating range, corrosion from road salt or contaminated environments, use outside the listed fitment, cosmetic wear, or normal heat cycling marks. Warranty does not cover labor, shipping, towing, downtime, broken extractors, or any other costs outside the bolt kit itself.
