Approved claims are resolved through repair or replacement at SPOOLOGIC’s discretion. The customer is responsible for warranty shipping costs. Improper installation, incorrect application, contamination, and normal wear are excluded. Labor, removal, reinstallation, towing, and downtime are not covered.
