The SPOOLOGIC Turbo Intake Boot SL-380-003 is a direct-replacement intake elbow for 1995-1997 Ford E-350 Econoline 7.3L Powerstroke vans running the factory TP38 turbocharger. Built from multi-ply reinforced silicone with a black exterior and red interior lining to replace the failure-prone factory rubber boot that cracks, collapses, and weeps oil under normal engine bay conditions.
The OE Intake Boot Problem
The factory 7.3L intake boot is thin rubber sitting between the air cleaner and the turbo compressor inlet. Living in a hot engine bay and pulling vacuum on every throttle hit, it cracks, softens, and eventually collapses under load — letting in unfiltered air past the compromised seal, feeding the compressor wheel debris, and killing throttle response. Once a boot starts weeping oil from crankcase ventilation, replacement is the only fix.

- Pre-formed to match the factory TP38 Econoline intake path — bolt-on, no trimming or adapters
