The SPOOLOGIC LLY Duramax Turbo Inlet Mouthpiece (SL-380-021) is a direct-fit replacement for the factory cast inlet horn on 2004.5-2005 GM 6.6L LLY Duramax trucks. Bolts to the compressor cover of the IHI RHG6 turbo and routes intake air from the MAF tube into the turbo inlet.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Every SPOOLOGIC turbo inlet mouthpiece is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. Warranty coverage requires that the inlet mouthpiece first be shipped back to SPOOLOGIC for inspection. If SPOOLOGIC determines the failure was caused by a defect in materials or workmanship, the inlet mouthpiece will be replaced at SPOOLOGIC’s discretion. Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, over-tightened clamps, physical damage, cuts, cracks from over-torqued fasteners, use outside the listed fitment, cosmetic wear, or normal heat cycling marks. Warranty does not cover labor, shipping, towing, downtime, clamps, gaskets, hardware, or any other costs outside the inlet mouthpiece itself.
