Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before sending the product for inspection. An approved defective gasket will be replaced at SPOOLOGIC's discretion. The customer is responsible for all warranty shipping charges. Damage from improper installation, incorrect application, contamination, or normal wear is not covered.
