SPOOLOGIC Stock Turbocharger

The SPOOLOGIC SL-100-090 is a brand-new, direct-fit drop-in stock replacement turbocharger for 2007.5–2012 Dodge/Ram 2500 and 3500 pickup trucks and 2008–2012 Dodge/Ram 4500 and 5500 chassis-cab trucks equipped with the 6.7L Cummins. Its HE351VE-style variable-geometry assembly and included calibrated electronic actuator are designed to restore factory throttle response, drivability, and exhaust brake operation. It provides a replacement for a worn or failed turbocharger in daily-driving, towing, and work-truck service.

VGT Control System

The HE351VE uses an axially sliding nozzle ring to change the exhaust-flow area around the turbine. The electronic actuator positions this assembly in response to engine-control commands, allowing the turbocharger to vary turbine restriction across operating conditions. The same variable-geometry system supports the factory exhaust brake.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Every SPOOLOGIC turbocharger carries a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original purchase date. Coverage applies to the original purchaser with dated proof of purchase. Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before shipping the turbocharger for inspection. If inspection confirms a covered defect, SPOOLOGIC will repair or replace the turbocharger at its discretion. Damage from foreign-object debris, oil starvation, contaminated or restricted oil flow, extended oil-change intervals, over-boosting, over-fueling, improper installation or tuning, operation beyond the intended range, or use outside the listed application is excluded, along with cosmetic wear, coating discoloration, and normal heat-cycling marks. Customers are responsible for shipping both to SPOOLOGIC and back, whether the claim is approved or denied.
