The SPOOLOGIC SL-100-090 is a brand new direct-fit factory replacement turbocharger for the 2007.5-2012 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 6.7L Cummins. Built to OEM specifications to restore factory boost, drivability, throttle response, and exhaust brake function. The 2007.5-2012 6.7L Cummins runs the Holset HE351VE variable geometry turbocharger. Instead of a wastegate, the HE351VE uses a ring of small movable vanes inside the turbine housing that the truck’s ECM opens and closes through an electronic actuator. The vanes change the effective size of the turbine housing on the fly — closed at low RPM for fast spool and strong low-end response, open at high RPM for full top-end flow. The same vane system also doubles as the factory exhaust brake. The SL-100-090 ships complete with the calibrated VGT actuator ready to plug into your factory harness. No programming, no calibration steps, no special tools.

Every SPOOLOGIC Stock Replacement Turbocharger is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. Warranty coverage requires that the unit first be shipped back to SPOOLOGIC for inspection. If SPOOLOGIC determines the failure was caused by a defect in materials or workmanship, the turbocharger will be repaired or replaced at SPOOLOGIC’s discretion. Warranty does not cover damage from foreign object debris, oil starvation, contaminated oil, extended oil change intervals, over-boosting, over-fueling, tuning beyond the turbo’s rated operating range, improper installation, use outside the listed fitment, cosmetic wear, coating discoloration, or normal heat cycling marks. Warranty does not cover labor, shipping, towing, downtime, gaskets, hardware, or any other costs outside the turbocharger itself.
