The SPOOLOGIC Spider to Intake Plenum Boots SL-420-003 are a pair of silicone connector boots for 1999.5-2003 Ford F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550 Super Duty trucks, 2000-2003 Ford E-350, E-450, and E-550 Econoline vans, and 2000-2003 Ford Excursions with the 7.3L Powerstroke. These are the two boots that seal the intake spider to each cylinder head plenum on the 7.3L Powerstroke — a known failure point where the factory rubber boots crack, swell, and leak boost into the engine valley.

When these boots fail you lose intake pressure between the spider and the heads, and the truck runs lazy under load — no throttle response, no boost build, and an audible whoosh under the hood. 1-Year Limited Warranty

Every SPOOLOGIC spider-to-intake plenum boot kit is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. Warranty coverage requires that the spider-to-intake plenum boot kit first be shipped back to SPOOLOGIC for inspection. If SPOOLOGIC determines the failure was caused by a defect in materials or workmanship, the spider-to-intake plenum boot kit will be replaced at SPOOLOGIC's discretion. Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, over-tightened clamps, use outside the listed fitment, boost pressure beyond the spider-to-intake plenum boot kit's rated operating range, cuts, abrasion, exposure to oil-saturated CAC plumbing from a failing turbo, chemical attack, cosmetic wear, or normal fading from UV exposure. Warranty does not cover labor, shipping, towing, downtime, clamps, or any other costs outside the spider-to-intake plenum boot kit itself.
