SPOOLOGIC Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor Harness

The SPOOLOGIC SL-600-062 Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor Harness is designed for the MAP sensor connection on 2000–2002 Dodge Ram 2500 3500 5.9L Cummins 24-valve applications. It replaces the matching connector-to-connector adapter between the sensor and engine wiring.

MAP Sensor Harness

This harness connects the matching MAP sensor to the engine wiring. It does not measure pressure or change the ECM’s calibration. Connectors at both ends allow installation with the matching sensor and engine-harness plugs.

Related MAP Sensor Fault Codes

• P0237 / P0238: Low/high MAP signal voltage can be caused by an open, short, or poor connection in the sensor circuit.
• P0236: A MAP performance fault, where supported, also requires pressure-signal and sensor checks.

Code availability varies by model year and calibration. A stored code identifies a condition to diagnose; it does not prove the component has failed.

Diagnose Before Replacing

Check connector keying, terminal tension, seals, and continuity against the correct wiring diagram. Identify whether the fault is inside this adapter or in the main engine harness. A new adapter will not repair damaged wiring farther upstream or a restricted sensor pressure port.

Installation Notes

Switch the ignition off, compare both plugs with the existing installation, and engage the locks fully. Support the lead away from abrasion and hot components. Verify stable live MAP data after installation; do not assume all 1998.5–2002 sensor combinations interchange.
