SPOOLOGIC High Flow Exhaust Manifold Kit

The SPOOLOGIC SL-500-046 High Flow Exhaust Manifold Kit delivers up to 49% more exhaust flow than the factory manifold for 2007.5–2018 Dodge Ram 2500 3500 pickups equipped with the 6.7L Cummins. Machined ports and merged runners reduce exhaust restriction to support stronger throttle response and more efficient exhaust flow under load. A reinforced ductile iron casting adds strength where heat and repeated thermal cycling put the factory manifold to the test. Choose raw ductile iron or a ceramic-coated finish, paired with Standard Black Chrome Moly or stainless steel hardware.

Performance Benefits

Exhaust flow drives the turbocharger. The SL-500-046 uses machined ports and smoothly merged runners to reduce restriction before the turbine, helping the engine move exhaust more efficiently as load increases. That design supports sharper throttle response and turbo response during acceleration and towing. The reinforced casting and thick flanges also help maintain a reliable seal, keeping exhaust energy directed toward the turbine. Built-in probe ports make it easier to monitor pre-turbo exhaust gas temperature with compatible gauges.

Manifold and Hardware Options

All four combinations use the same high-flow ductile iron manifold design and include the gaskets, seals and mounting hardware listed below. Select either raw ductile iron or ceramic coated, then choose Standard Black Chrome Moly or stainless steel studs, nuts and washers before ordering.

Installation Notes

Clean and inspect the cylinder-head, turbo and EGR mating surfaces before installation. Match the supplied gaskets and seals to the connections being serviced. Follow the applicable service procedure for the tightening sequence and torque, using specifications appropriate for the selected hardware. Install EGT probes or suitable plugs in the auxiliary ports, then inspect the serviced connections for leaks.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Every SPOOLOGIC exhaust manifold is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original purchase date. Contact SPOOLOGIC for return authorization before sending the manifold for inspection with dated proof of purchase. If SPOOLOGIC determines the failure was caused by a defect in materials or workmanship, the manifold will be replaced at SPOOLOGIC’s discretion. The customer is responsible for all warranty shipping charges, whether the claim is approved or denied. Warranty does not cover damage from over-torqued or improperly torqued hardware, cracked flanges from improper install sequence, use outside the listed fitment, EGTs beyond the manifold’s rated operating range, tuning or fueling that exceeds safe exhaust gas temperatures, cosmetic wear, ceramic coating discoloration or chipping, surface rust on raw manifolds, or normal heat cycling marks.
